I am a highly motivated individual who is interested in understanding the molecular basis of transcriptional regulation. My work focuses on developing various molecular and computational tools that can be used in the drug discovery process. I specialize in functionally assessing the impact of the information encoded in DNA on transcription in both bulk and scRNA-seq studies.
