Bio

“Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life” -- Confucius, 551–479 BC Finding a job you love may prove just as elusive as discovering your motivational “why”, understanding what really drives you (as opposed to what you think does) to follow a particular career path or even stick to a job you hate and find deeply frustrating, in a very broad sense of the word. I feel deeply privileged to have experienced and learned from a great variety of work environments, cultural and organizational settings over the past 20+ years. All of those past roles have led me to eventually start my own company, LCMedia.pl, back in 2015. Today, if I were to choose a few words that best describe what drives me to continuously learn new skills and research new fields and disciplines with unabating enthusiasm, I would probably have to start with the passion for meeting new people, sharing the positive energy of great teamwork and ambitious, international projects. Luckily for me, I do meet and work with some wonderfully talented and hard-working people every year, across country borders and disciplines, ranging from space exploration, startup innovations, industry hackathons to a great variety of expert conferences. Within LCMedia.pl, I design and implement communication strategies, consult and develop creative content for cities, corporations and institutions as well as audit international conferences and industry summits. I also work as an international MC (event host and debate moderator) with a portfolio of 300+ international conferences, industry events and onstage debates. Last but not least, one of the things I truly love doing is public-speaking training and speaker coaching. There is a wonderful sense of fulfilment attached to being able to set in motion a long-lasting, meaningful and positive process of self-discovery after only one day of immersive, high-intensity training.
