I started my carrier as a real estate agent and moved to the A class office building property management business in the year 2000 when working for Centrum Biurowe Lubicz Sp. z o.o. (Mostostal-Export group). I gained major experience as an Associate Property Manager. While working for Jones Lang LaSalle Sp. z o.o. as a Site Facility Manager and consequently as a Central Europe North Hub Facilities Manager, I gained major experience with corporate clients’ offices portfolio management and set-up for transitions and daily on-site management. I led the Gilette and Wella transitions into Procter & Gamble, as well as Motorola, Visa, Nortel accounts successfully establishing team structure and set-up for daily management schemes. In Cushman & Wakefield I became Property Manager and consequently Portfolio Property Manager for CA Immo office portfolio. I coached my team building it up into the prime quality service delivery for both the owner and occupiers. On top I led Cushman’s electricity and waste management programs for whole in-country portfolio.
