After over a decade as a design and innovation consultant, my career has had a somewhat surprising second act, working at some of the UK's most successful tech-enabled companies - including onefinestay and Deliveroo - in a range of service design, research and user experience roles. Most recently, I've joined Nous.co because I want to help restore tech's reputation and prove that it can be a force for good in making people's lives simpler and fairer. More specifically, I want to give households the practical intelligence they need to help navigate the cost of living crisis.
