I am a lawyer admitted in Paris and Cameroon specialising in corporate transactions and legal structuring of public-private partnerships and concessions, project financing and corporate financing deals in Africa (Ohada zone). I provide advice and assistance to investors, sponsors and government entities in the structuring and management of their energy & infrastructure projects in Cameroon and Africa with a particular focus on the OHADA zone.
