As Global Senior Director for Sustainability and Climate Response at Jacobs, I am playing a key role in how we embed our own PlanBeyond sustainability/ESG strategy and Climate Action Plan throughout our business and solutions, and how we develop and apply the latest solutions and technology to accelerate change and respond to important challenges relating to sustainability and climate response (decarbonisation, circular economy and adaptation/resilience) in Europe. I have worked in various operational roles at Jacobs (and SKM) over the past 13 years including technical delivery, operations and team leadership, project management and sales. Currently I am Director of Sustainability and lead growth and sales development for our Water & Environment business, particularly in relation to climate response, sustainability, comprehensive environmental services, consenting and tunnelling and ground engineering services. I continue to provide support and advice to clients in the areas of ESG, sustainability and decarbonisation strategy, benchmarking, assurance and climate action response. Particularly in strategy development, understanding risk, and people engagement and organisational behaviours.
