A devoted people leader with extensive experience in Resource Management, Programme/Service Delivery Management, and Operations Management for organisations in a variety of industries. Currently at Synopsys, a global leader in technology consulting services and application security, developing and leading internal people & culture focused programmes, and the further integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion into every aspect of the business. Operating on a global, strategic level – developing frameworks and programmes dedicated to improving the overall internal working culture, project delivery, and staff engagement, development, and performance; leading to optimal outcomes for our customers. Maintaining a hands-on role with personal mentorship and internal development working groups to inform these strategies and ensure that they are beneficial at every level of the company’s operations.
