I have set out to define a new standard. Because we need to change. We need to change the way we conduct leadership, and we need to give our leaders the tools, insights, and space to achieve the clarity and confidence, which stems from a conscious and curious mind, and experience the intense transformation of their own work life which follows. I have been working with dedicated leaders for years. Inspiring and challenging them to lead themselves to lead others with greater impact and ignite the transformation to sustainable success. Because conscious leadership has a contagious effect on the entire corporate culture, paving the way for sustainable growth, productivity, and profitability. This is both my vision and mission: To drive and nurture the change we need. Making contagious, conscious, and curious leadership the new standard. I have chosen the title CxA – Chief x Advisor – a common denominator to sum up my work across the C-suite. It being 1:1 as a personal trusted advisor, with the leadership team or the organization as a whole. With Qwist & Associates, where I join forces with other great capacities, I enjoy the great privilege of working with a wide range of some of Scandinavia’s most innovative and successful corporations and organizations helping them to tackle their challenges and achieving their goals. When I’m not working closely with my clients I’m deeply invested in our local community. As investor in our local food court, performance coach to local professional athletes, and non executive board member at our local sporting, culture and events arena Royal Stage. To name a few.
