Executive, impact investor and entrepreneur with a passion for supporting high-impact startups in emerging markets to benefit underserved communities. Over 13 years of experience, I focused on solving economic, social and environmental challenges, leveraging technology and social impact innovation alongside a variety of partners, including impact investors, development finance institutions, microfinance institutions, banks, social enterprises, and inclusive tech startups across Africa, Latin America and Asia. Currently Managing Partner at Catalyst Fund, I invest and support early-stage entrepreneurs that create and scale affordable, accessible, and appropriate solutions for underserved and climate-vulnerable communities. I partner with mission-driven founders that share a vision of a world where every individual has the tools and opportunities they need to thrive. Prior to the Catalyst Fund and BFA Global, I co-founded RemitMas, a digital remittances startup for Latino immigrants in the US; advised financial institutions globally on digital innovation and responsible finance practices at the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group); researched and designed climate-proofed lending products at Grameen Bank and the Organization for Economic Development and Cooperation (OECD); and helped shape an investment strategy for East Africa at Global Partnerships, an impact fund investing in growing social enterprises in Latin America and Africa. I was lucky to spend time learning at Columbia Business School and the School of International Public Affairs, as well as at UCL in London, I am also a Fulbright Scholar and a Jane M. Klausman Women in Business Scholar. Above all, I'm deeply committed to helping create inclusive solutions that make a meaningful difference in the lives of people around the globe.
