Mahasa Zahirnia is a Technical Leader and has received several awards and IRAD funding for her innovation and cognitive designs while employing these innovations into Program of Records. Her products have a high level of complexity and she uses familiar analogy, focus on Product Role clarity and identifies “real” customer objectives to explain and teach the complexity of the product. Multifaceted problems that she resolves are: Sustainability of the product, technical growth of Users, Ecological Remote design, bridging current and future technology solutions and fostering ubiquitous computing bionetworks. She can break down highly complex product/problem into individual sub-sections such that the developers can identify the code structure. She has developed number of new types of applications that are emerging, among which are service based systems, digital transformation, pervasive computing, Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things are eminent examples which have become new product offering. She is a Board Member of two exclusive global technology driven ecosystems: AI4 and AI Data Analytics Network and Intelligent Automation. She is a Technical Advisor to several Universities and Engineering Organizations such as INCOSE. She has received her Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and her Master’s Degree in Management with honors. She has received NGC 2019 Woman of the Year Award, 2022 San Diego Outstanding Engineer of the Year Award, DoD Top 10 AI influencers and 2022 Top 50 Women Leaders in San Diego.
