My entrepreneurial and leadership journey has been focused on building tech platforms that streamline, simplify and increase positive outcomes. I’ve been the founder or CEO of three cloud-based software companies, all of which have grown to be market leaders. The most recent, Solvvy grew to be the leading Conversational AI SaaS platform for Customer Experience (CX) and Support automation, serving many of the world's largest brands. Solvvy was acquired by Zoom (NASDAQ: ZM) in May 2022 where I now am the Head of Digital Customer Experience. My prior company GlobalEnglish pioneered a pure online learning solution for language acquisition, and served over 450 of the Global 2000 before our acquisition by Pearson PLC (NYSE: PSO).
