A transformational leader with two decades of experience in market-leading organisations in the Consulting, Technology, and Financial Services sectors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). I am energised by working with multi-cultural teams and continuously nurturing talent to achieve their full potential. I am passionate about leading teams with a disruptive mindset and a hunger to experiment and win. I have extensive leadership experience working with technology and FinTech partners to shape and transform the payments and trade finance landscape. I enjoy contributing to panels and sharing my thoughts and experiences on emerging trends that are shaping the future of payments. I am currently the Co-Lead of the Global Transaction Banking Diversity & Inclusion Committee, which has a keen focus on gender diversity.
