Interests include Strategic Planning, Product Management, Services Development & Architecture, Business Planning & Development, Municipal Broadband Technologies (Wireline & Wireless) Currently, serve as the product manager for managed services for IoT device management and Private Wireless Network solutions. Led the Smart City program within the DC Office of the CTO (DC OCTO), working closely with urban planning, transportation and environment groups. Lead Technical Manager for deployment of $25 million NTIA BTOP project - DC Community Access Network (DC CAN). Led the optical transport team within DC-Net (DWDM, Carrier Ethernet) - responsible for overall design, deployment and operations. Emerging technologies, particularly in the telecommunications service provider industry and studying its cost/benefit analysis for an organization excites me. As a senior engineer at Columbia Telecommunications, I got the opportunity to advise the local government community across the country on various telecommunications initiatives both wireless and wireline. As part of CTC, we performed extensive feasibility studies particularly for fiber to the home technologies (FTTH), wireless broadband network design, fiber network design, implementation and oversight, market research and study, needs assessment, ROI and TCO analysis for local, state and regional communities.
