Mandisa Makubalo, founder and CEO of South Africa’s first 100% black women owned CX Management Consultancy and a recognised Global Thought Leader in the area of Customer Experience Management. As a global multidisciplinary thought leader, I bring a unique perspective to a variety of fields including Customer Experience Management, Business Transformation, Strategic Planning and Strategy. With +15 years of experience, I have contributed to global organisations such as Medallia as a content contributor, Lionesses of Africa as a content contributor, Thinkers 360, the world's premier thought leader platform, community and marketplace, the Customer Experience 3 book and towards the book titled ''More than learning - Entrepreneurship at UCT'' published in January 2023. I am passionate about sharing my insights and collaborating with others to drive innovation and progress in strategy, entrepreneurship, CX, business transformation and design thinking. I have been leading both national and international projects in business since 2011 and have used my expertise, insight and experience to lead Unlimited Experiences SA by sharing my ideas, perspectives and wisdom with others. I am an experienced business leader, who has held various senior leadership roles at large corporates, including Head of Business Services in a consulting firm in South Africa. A seasoned and highly professional leader, I have consistently over delivered on all client expectations. I have worked with both local and international brands such as CiTi, Bertha Centre, UCT GSB Solution Space, Lexden, Medallia to name a few. Some of my accolades include being listed in the Top 100 Global Multidisciplinary Thought Leaders by Thinkers 360, appointed to serve on an all-male board at Hope Africa Collective, Expert Advisor to Akro Capital, International Awards Judge (ICXA), Speaker at the recent 2022 CX Africa Summit, Guest Lecture at UCT GSB, Judge at UCT GSB Business Pitch for MBA students. In 2021 she was listed in the Top 100 CX Global Thought Leaders and in the Top 33 Women Influencers to follow in 2021. A seasoned and highly regarded business woman, she was named in the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders by Thinkers 360 in 2022. She’s an author of the Customer Experience 3 book selling on Amazon which she co-authored with 23 other international authors. She is a trusted Summit Speaker and Moderator and has recently been invited to honour an online speaking engagement at the CX Summit taking place in Greece in 2023. She is a University of Stellenbosch Business School graduate.
