Leveraging over 30 years experience in payments and financial services, I lead two innovative businesses: • Payments Consulting Network (paymentsconsulting.com) which focuses on supporting the financial services and payments industries with strategic advisory and market research services leveraging a global network of experience payments consultants; and • Merchant Advisory (merchantadvisory.com) which helps organisations in the retail, hospitality, tourism and not-for-profit sectors optimise payments acceptance (in-store and online). We utilise our international team of experienced specialist consultants, deep payments knowledge, network of industry contacts, and proprietary tools, to cut through the complexity to deliver tangible results for our clients. I'm also passionate about giving back to the community which I do through volunteering, mentoring, pro bono work for grass-roots charities, advocacy and our company Giving Program, which over many years has funded a range of not-for-profit organisations doing amazing work to support disadvantaged communities throughout Asia-Pacific and Africa.
