As CEO of publicly listed company, created enormous share holder value with Nazara’s peak market cap reaching USD 1.2 Bln from USD 50 Mln in 2016. Shaped gaming regulator framework as Member- AVGC committee, FICCI gaming committee convenor, Ex Co-Chair of IMAI gaming committee and continue to engage with the Govt at the centre & state level to shape the web 3 regulatory framework. Member of Skill development council and passionate about upskilling, creating employment and promoting entrepreneurship. Mentor to startup founders and avid angel investor. Co-Founder of the syndicate “Founder Room Capital” on angel investment platforms (AL & LV).
