I am a confident and aspirational thought leader recognised as one of the UKs top 100 most influential BAME leaders in Technology, with a drive for positive change and a flair for encouraging others to join the journey. As an experienced and captivating speaker, I am adaptable to many environments with a specialism in guiding companies through journeys of cultural change and have developed a particular focus in the areas of STEM and D&I. Building high-performing teams and improving processes I ensure the divisions I oversee bring lasting benefit to the organisation as a whole and lead the way in innovation and development. With proficiencies in Programme Management and delivery, holding Prince2, ITIL and CMI accreditations and awards, I have demonstrable expertise in using Agile and LEAN methodologies to deliver high quality end results. I am passionate about Digital Transformation and supporting businesses, including start-ups, to achieve their full digital potential.
