Mansa has more than 20 years of experience in banking, managing across the West Africa sub-region. She has extensive experience in financial and capital markets and has contributed significantly to financial markets development including pioneering risk management solutions for Governments. She is currently the President of the Ghana Association of Banks and serves on other Boards and Charities. She is passionate about the youth and advocates for developing the next generation of leaders. In 2017, Mansa was appointed first female Chief Executive of Standard Chartered Bank Ghana PLC in the Bank’s 120-year Ghanaian history. She was also listed among Top 100 Women CEOs in Africa in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (Reset Global People and Pulse, 2019).
