I help clients protect and manage intellectual property assets and defend against intellectual property assertions. I work primarily in the technology areas of blockchain/distributed Ledger technology, Fintech, database/search engine, artificial intelligence, and computer security. I am a Co-Founder of the Blockchain IP Council. Currently, I am coordinating the Community Patent Protocol to help blockchain innovators manage the emerging patent risk in blockchain ecosystems. I have been named as one of the IAM 300 Top Patent Strategists every year since its inception and Fintech Sector IP Lawyer of the Year in Washington D.C. by Global Law Experts for 2019 and 2020.
