Executive leader in cybersecurity and GRC, with extensive focus with financial services and financial institutions. Experience in developing security and compliance programs, leading cross-functional teams and working with internal and external partners to deliver security services which meet or exceed the businesses objectives. Coaching and mentoring others to create a cyber aware culture in order to better protect the organization, * Develop and drive overall security and compliance strategy, roadmap, and goals * Advocate and advisor for security-related issues across the organization working with key stakeholders to ensure security is by design and integrated into business processes * Provide counsel to executive leadership on security and its impact across business strategy, programs, products/services, and operations * Collaborate with internal partners including Legal, HR, Product, Development, and others to provide guidance on any security and/or compliance requirements. * Develop and lead security program, policies, and standards based on industry frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) * Develop and lead compliance programs such as PCI DSS * Direct and manage all aspects of security and compliance and remaining agile to adaptation due to changes in the threat landscape, business, technology, or regulatory requirements. * Develop and drive the security risk management function including, analysis, mitigation, and remediation plans * Evolve capability to protect the organization from cybersecurity events, and ensuring those efforts also meet or exceed any compliance mandates which are applicable.
