Bio

Read here about my background as founder, tech leader and speaker. Founder: Sustainably bootstrapping Taledo has been a great journey through different growth phases. As a founder and CTO, I enjoy creating an inspiring future and product vision for the company, laying out a supportive and trustful environment for individual and collective growth, and working on challenges that come with navigating uncharted terrain. I’m proud that we have received the HR innovation award and secured funding from the European Union for our AI. Human-centered Tech Leader: As CTO, my role has evolved with the growth of the company. Initially, I built everything from scratch: from laying the architectural foundation, to write the code for the first backend and frontend systems, to creating the first matching algorithm. In the process of scaling the company from 0 to 70 team members, my responsibilities shifted towards people and strategy. As a leader, I create a no-blame-no-shame culture where everyone supports each other and is driven towards a common goal. I believe in true team work through empowered individuals, open and proactive communication as well as continuous personal growth. Speaker: I’m fascinated by the human condition. From personal experience I’m convinced that the results we are getting in our lives are directly related to our personal growth. If we don’t grow personally, then we just grow older – it is the immaturity we carry in our mature lives. Besides growth, I love productivity, which to me has not only to do with efficiency, but also with big picture thinking, focused execution and maintaining balance. I regularly share my insights about these topics in talks, lectures and keynotes.
