Marco is a Business Strategy & Transformation professional with over 23 years experience of large scale tranformational change programmes. He specialises on strategy development/planning, innovation, target operating models, programme/portfolio management, organisation design,change management (including technology driven change), market-entry analysis and other strategy planning and execution capabilities. His experience has been in both the public and private sector covering various industries globally. As well as being part of large teams, Marco has also led complex assignments where he has been accountable for establishing a good rapport with both the executive team and those impacted by change. Coming from an earlier background in both account management and strategy consulting, a key value Marco holds is ensuring board level sponsorship and personal buy-in to large scale change programmes.
