As a business-minded B2B marketer, I drive innovative strategies that grow company profit, profile, and pride. Said simply, “marketing is in my DNA”—an unexpected statement from a farmer’s daughter and immigrant, but it was on my family’s dairy farm in Ireland where I learned the value of hard work, keeping promises, and a commitment to community and connection—the same values that are essential to top-performing brands and businesses. This drive for community—for connection—and the industrious operator work ethic gained in my youth continue to serve me well, allowing me to mobilize inclusive marketing teams across diverse industries, from tech to professional services to agencies. With leadership experience across every marketing discipline, I unite brand building with demand generation and bring an unwavering focus on sales and marketing alignment. Most of all, I hire talented people and coach and empower them to be their best. I am a simplifier. I study deeply to explain simply. Now, with over two decades in marketing and as the Global CMO for Siegel+Gale, I help cut through the noise and underscore the insights that drive business results. I connect my expertise with intentional questions, moderating panels, contributing articles to top publications, and hosting the “How CMOs Commit'' podcast, featuring the world’s top CMOs.
