A skilled communicator, managing multiple stakeholders, who builds relationships at all levels to ensure all parties involved are considered and valued for their input into the development of the business. Strong business development skills supported by the ability to lead and deliver complex projects to agreed time-frames, budget & quality specifications. Enjoys responsibility and challenges which require an innovative and creative approach in fast moving, ambitious, dynamic industries and markets. Starting her career in the hotel industry and later moving to Faculties Management with Sodexo ,Margot progressed through several roles, increasing in seniority, until her appointment as managing director in September 2012 of Sodexo Ireland followed by country president in 2015 and Chief Global Diversity & Inclusion officer for Sodexo in 2019 As CEO and country president, Margot’s role includes corporate governance and directorial responsibility for growing the various business segments - corporate, government, education, healthcare and home-care that operate in the Republic and Northern Ireland. Margot became global Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer with Sodexo in Sept 2018 and continued to build on the great work achieved in this area over the years . In May 2021 , Margot left Sodexo to lead and become Global Group Head of Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging at ISS which is headquartered in Denmark , here she is working with the board and executive to make ISS truly a global inclusion company in the workplace space Margot is committed to furthering the Diversity and Inclusion and Belonging agenda within and outside work and is a member of different boards and NGOs to help advance the case for social and climate justice
