With extensive experience leading global teams in B2B software and services, I know how to develop founders, inspire innovation at public companies like Verizon and Intel, and drive exponential revenue growth by creating trust with large enterprise customers.

I'm an operator with experience scaling up— from raising a seed round to global commercialization to negotiating an exit strategy. I've managed acquisitions from both sides of the table, as well as partnerships and ecosystem development. I build resilient teams and leaders that can scale— from first dollar to enterprise deals at Verizon Skyward, or from print to digital worldwide with the multi-billion dollar Intel Inside program. My teams use trust, collaboration and healthy debate to do hard things and innovate... over and over again.

I've represented Verizon twice on the CES keynote stage, testified to Congress on national airspace policy, and spoken extensively on drones, robotics and innovation.

I'm committed to elevating female leaders and creating an inclusive environment in technology. In Portland, I serve as Board Chair for St. Mary's Academy and champion all-girls' education. Nationally, I helped introduce gender-neutral language in aviation as a member of the FAA's Advanced Aviation Advisory Committee.
