I am a Colombian human rights lawyer with a law degree obtained with academic excellence, a specialization in human rights and humanitarian law, and a master's degree in public administration. I have over nine years of experience as a project manager and legal advisor for different NGOs and social businesses in Colombia and Germany. Professionally, I have outstanding leadership skills, a positive attitude and incredible interpersonal relationship skills. I am a fast learner willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities, and I am adaptable to organizational change at all levels. As a specialist in human rights and humanitarian law, my career has been driven by the commitment to help solve structural problems, especially around issues related to sustainability and social impact.
