Marie-Caroline is Operations & Transformation Director at Groupe SMCP (Sandro, Maje, Claudie Pierlot & Fursac). She is Excom member. Her team leads IT, Supply Chain and Transformation worldwide.Previously, Marie-Caroline acted as Chief Digital & Technology Officer (CDO / CTO) at SNCF Gares & Connexions for 6 years. She managed a team in charge of improving the customer experience in the french rail stations. They developed new digital services, set up the DATA strategy, contributed to the managerial transformation, and valued stations digital assets. Marie-Caroline was in charge of IT teams (CIO).She worked for 10 years at FABERNOVEL, an Innovation Agency. She was Partner & Deputy General Manager in charge of Paris Operations. She contributed to organic growth, and also to structure the Group. She managed several external growth operations (mobile and web development subsidiaries) and also FABERNOVEL INSTITUTE subsidiary definition and launch.Marie-Caroline has been a member of AP-HP Digital Board (Parisian Hospital Institution). She has been a member of NUMA's board from 2010 to 2015 (Innovation strategy, Startup acceleration, Open Innovation, Communities management).Marie-Caroline holds an MSc in Advanced Computing from Imperial College of London, and an MSc from French Grande Ecole Supelec (CentraleSupelec).
