Hi! I have 15+ years experience as a Technology/Operations/Revenue/Product leader. I’ve been building technology services organizations for the last 5+ years and love building teams that foster strong customer experiences by providing wraparound services and support that glue our customers to our products. I Identified organizational needs to support our customers and hired 10 people in 6 months and completed a re-org so we can respond faster and deliver more robust solutions 3. My ability to advocate for customer needs across FSQ. Seeing our delivery and data platforms come to life with my advocacy and influence over the course of two years created opportunities for my team to solve new problems. 4. Developing end-to-end understandings of how data flows and systems are integrated wherever I go and using that knowledge to bring people together and manage risk in building enterprise customer solutions and leading major incident response.
