A classical musician turned tech. Having spent education years as a music performer and educator, I discovered my passion for tech and business after completing a graduate research on using arts to develop business competencies. I realised that the business of the future needs more human touch and my unique skillset and artistic mindset are in demand. Soon after, I found my home in customer success working with strategic accounts. I'm on a mission to help customers achieve success and desired outcomes through various SaaS solutions. Why? It’s simple – I myself am a very demanding client of many every-day services, spoiled with some great experiences certain companies offer. I simply want to provide the best client experience to my customers, too, no matter which SaaS solution I am working with. A musician by background, I can empathize with customers, improvise in uncertain situations, find creative solutions and focus on achieving outcomes for clients. Experienced CS professional with the knowledge of implementing SaaS solution, onboarding, product training, designing customer journey processes, and designing Customer Success operation processes. I am also a founder and host of Women in Customer Success Podcast & Power Up – the first women-only podcast and mentoring program for customer success professionals, where remarkable ladies of Customer Success connect, inspire and champion each other. In each episode, I am bringing a conversation with a role model from across the industries to share her inspirational story and practical tools to help you succeed and make an impact. I am a leader in my own sphere taking pride in the work I am doing and the platform I have created to advocate for customer success and help women succeed.
