A Fellow Certified Chartered Accountant with 14 years of experience in the provision of accounting / tax / VAT services in relation to Cyprus companies with foreign interests and other foreign entities. Experience extends to the implementation of the local VAT legislation and the applicable direct tax provisions, fund accounting, facility agency services and DAC6 assessments. Managing a group of 5 qualified accountants and a large portfolio of companies of various jurisdictions. Accomplished also the CFE qualification and became a Certified Fraud Examiner since June 2016. Participating in the strategic decision making process and actively assisting the business development of the company (promoting the benefits of Cyprus as a jurisdiction as well as effective structures for tax optimization, promoting group maritime services and other business solutions).
