Mark A. Ardayfio is a Managing Director in the Financial Services practice of Ernst & Young, LLP. He has over 18 years of industry and management consulting experience in leading strategic projects, large scale technology-enabled transformations and advising senior clients across the globe. His mission is to weave Diversity, Equity and Inclusion into the daily fabric of Wall Street and advocate for a sustainable world and financial inclusion for all. Mr. Ardayfio received his B.S.E. In Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, did post-graduate studies in manufacturing and robotics at ‘L’ENSTA in Paris, received his S.M. In Mechanical Engineering from MIT and his MBA from Harvard Business School. He resides in New Jersey with his family, including his two children, Elise and Sammy.
