I am passionate about driving value-added results, creating global synergy and building leaders. Sharing ideas, innovating, and achieving great things that Supply Chains have not done before. Helping people grow and develop in their careers, becoming something more than they are today. I've experienced a 37 year career to date with the majority of that time in supply chain. Specific experiences include sales, customer service, logistics, distribution, global trade, procurement, sustainability, supplier diversity, training, and supply chain strategy leadership. Additional experience includes 20 years with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), www.cscmp.org, and a member of the executive Board of Directors serving as Chairman of the Board - Elect. I also serve as co-lead for the St Louis University Center of Supply Chain Excellence Global Supply Chain Certificate Programs and am an adjunct professional instructor. I've recently completed a 4 year term as as global board member for WEConnect International, consistent with my belief in the value diversity brings to the supply chain. I've facilitated supply chain policy development at the US Federal level, teach executive courses at the university level and speak at select conferences. Above all, I value God, family, love of country, and people most.
