After a fantastic career in Customer Service I was given the opportunity to make a significant career change within my company, moving over to development at a junior level. After two years of training I enjoyed being a web developer and getting stuck into the innovative projects being developed at iPipeline UK. Following that exciting journey to its natural progression I became a Senior Developer after 4 1/2 years, enjoying pushing the boundaries and exploring new tech within iPipeline UK. My amazing journey continued further and after 2 1/2 years I progressed to Lead Developer, helping share knowledge, experience, process improvements and mentoring.
