I am a Pragmatic, Creative, Result Oriented person, who truly believes that talent and passion are key to an organization success. People and execution make the difference when launching new ideas. Since January 2016 I am the Managing Partner of Swanlaab Venture Capital. Our mission is to invest in innovative high tech B2B startups originated in Spain. Swanlaab is a unique venture capital firm with Spanish - Israeli Partners with a proven track record in VC, running international Tech companies and skills to help a tech venture to scale and be successful internationally. Alonside Swanlaab, I am Chairman of IVC. A company with a long history of success developing great companies first in Spain and now in Europe. International Venture Consultants, has launched more than 2000 companies over a period of 45 years. Looking at what made those ventures successful I found some key patterns which I called the circle of success: - Strong Team - Customer focus - Products and services100% aligned to client needs - A passion for operational excellence - Exceptional marketing and sales execution - Proper funding All tied up with strong team values focused on passion, honesty and results achieved through a flawless execution. Whenever any of this factors failed, the risk of failure grew exponentially Since 2006 I devoted my time to develop IVC with the mission to address and solve these challenges. IVC focuses on helping startups or more mature companies to close the circle of success. We support and facilitate of the strategic development and deliver ''hands on'' solutions for an excellent execution. Our mantra is ''achieve more business with better execution”.
