Currently, advising new CHRO's on their people and culture strategies and organization, as well as mission, values and culture. Advising HR Tech Start ups on their business strategy, product road map and assisting with business development. Public speaker on the topics of The Shift to EX, Growth By Design, and Belonging. In addition, I am an advisor to HR tech start ups and VCs, including SemperVirens and Backstage Capital, a unique VC, helping underestimated founders to get initial funding and resources to start and grow their businesses. Previously, at Airbnb, my team and I pioneered the shift from HR to Employee Experience, which has since created significant changes in the way organizations globally are looking at expanding the HR function to focus on the entire employee journey. Glassdoor recognized us by by naming Airbnb the #1 Place to Work in 2016. The last 8 months I helped Allbirds shift from People Ops to Employee Experience and put in place the foundation to scale their people and culture as they expand globally. I have been actively involved in giving back, including helping organizations enable their employees to help those less fortunate through volunteering programs and community involvement. I served on the Gap Foundation Board of Directors, as well as the Board of First Graduate, a non profit which helps those who are first in their family to attend and graduate college.
