Bio

The last 15 years of my IT career have been spent being a monitoring specialist, with extensive knowledge on the SolarWinds monitoring/management solutions, together with other tools within this space. Proud to be one of the few SolarWinds MVP's and if you have ever received training from me, you will know my passion for my technology area. Work across the full range of service delivery; pre-sales, design, implementation and training as exceeding the objectives of the organisations I work for is the first goal.
