Mark is the CEO for Sol-REIT. The first mortgage REIT in U.S. history, Sol-REIT provides innovative construction-to-permanent financing for middle-market solar developments across the U.S. In his role as CEO, Mark serves as a liaison with the firm’s Board of Directors and furnishes executive leadership across the firm, including oversight of all capital markets, originations, structuring, credit risk, underwriting and marketing functions. Mark brings over 35 years of executive leadership, financial markets expertise and economics education experience to the firm. Prior to his role with Sol-REIT, Mark served as an executive coach for senior managers and as a senior executive for JPMorgan Chase & Co. for over 20 years.
