Over my 23 years of testing I have tested using manual and automated testing tools. As a QA leader, that is passionate about Quality Assurance, I have grown a Quality Assurance organization from a team of one to a team of 5 full time employees and contractors. I have also worked with offshore resources in India, Russia, Southeast Asia and China to create the ability for around the clock testing coverage. When I am acting in a management capacity I am a hands on manager with soft skills, that enjoys mentoring junior team members so that they can reach their full potential and career goals.
