Hi, I’m Mark, as I’ve recently changed roles my about section is currently undergoing a bit of maintenance. If your interested in what I previously had here it is. I used to lead Hootsuite’s Social Maturity Assessment consultancy programme in EMEA. Partnering with customers to identify their key challenges to create actionable next steps and transform their social media capabilities. I designed and facilitated workshops covering all aspects of social media - Including creating a social strategy, KPI & reporting frameworks, audience driven content and engagement strategies, and social selling & employee advocacy programmes.
