Overview - 29+ years experience across Operations, Accounting and Risk and Data Management groups. - Specific role of identifying problem areas in the business and actively delivering solutions. - Experience in change management activities in terms of business process, systems, culture. - Experience of balancing Business needs with IT Development to aid understanding and clarity One key phase of my career involved introducing and driving BI within the Investment Banking arm in Stockholm, and integrating this with the CRM and telecommunications functionality to improve customer experience and service. In the last 5 years I have been implementing Data Governance in the Uk and overseen the implementation of a Transactional Datawarehouse, using the Microsoft stack, introduced SSRS as a core reporting technology, with the creation of a front end Web App for user interaction. A key division of this is focusing on Data Quality through the UK organisation - predominantly a retail Bank environment. My current challenge is to help the internal relationships and information flow between the Retail Business and the IT/CD parts of the Group, improving data quality, and increasing transparency of data, and resultant Information - to help improve and enhance our customer relationship. I believe that common sense is an underestimated attribute. Work with what you have, but never be afraid to try new things and to express your ideas. Look for the opportunities in change.
