Marsha Reppy is a Partner in the Consulting practice of EY. She has over 20 years of experience directed at helping companies realize business value, and achieve their transformational objectives through innovative use of technology. Marsha is the Sustainability Technology Consulting leader for the Americas. She is responsible for the development and deployment of integrated strategy, go to market approach, talent and technology solutions focused on carbon management, circular economy, operational ESG and socio-economic equity. Previously, Marsha led the Governance Risk Compliance Technology practice globally and in the Americas, and was responsible for its strategy, innovation, operations and people. Marsha and her team focus on an optimized and value-driven strategy, architecture and implementation of technology investments while addressing the complexities of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations. Marsha is passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion, and is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment for all.
