My current role is leading a group of scientists to identify and quantify host cell proteins in biopharmaceuticals. These include antibodies, enzyme replacement therapies, and gene therapy products. I also perform characterization of proteins using mass spectrometry, including posttranslational modifications and degradation products. My expertise is in proteomics and mass spectrometry, with in-depth experience in developing software tools as well as expanding the understanding of host cell proteins in biologics drug development.
