Entrepreneurial leadership style with highly effective planning, organizational, and communication skills as well as a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. Broad international experience in strategic sales, network and fleet planning, global and national account team management, process improvements and revenue growth. I joined Etihad Airways in 2005 and during this time was seconded to Jet Airways for 18 months where I served as Vice President, Cargo in Mumbai where I substantially grew the airline’s cargo business. Previously I held the position of Vice President Europe & Americas with responsibility for Etihad’s activities in Europe & the Americas including Passenger Sales, Marketing and Alliances. I have also previously held senior positions with Lufthansa and DAS Air Cargo. I was appointed as Senior Vice President Sales & Cargo in November 2020 and I'm a member of the airline’s executive management team. I lead Global Passenger Sales and oversee all aspects Etihad Cargo.
