Director level experience from industry as well as consulting / industry networking background. My ambition is to help pharma companies orchestrate processes, organization and technology to deliver more efficiently. Area of highest specialization is pharmacovigilance, but I am knowledgeable in most areas of pharma. I have a passion for IT and managing change - my mantra is to reduce size of projects to make changes happen more frequently and thereby deliver business value faster.
