With years of experience in the military, I've planned and organized training events from tactical level shootings to multinational operational level staff exercises. My life has taken me around the world and given me the possibility to work with a lot of different cultures and educational systems. The level of discipline, professionalism, and flexibility, all at the same time, that the military gives you is hard to beat. At Estonian Center for Defence Investments, I'm running the EDIDP funded project - iMUGS (integrated Modular Unmanned Ground Systems). My main role is being the link between the industry consortium and the participating member states. I have a highly professional team making sure that everything Consortium promised, will be delivered while meeting the necessary quality standards. At the same time, all the participating states and the EC must have a full understanding of the progress and accomplishments throughout this complex and innovative project. Good communication is the key factor for achieving successful results in such a demanding international and multilingual environment.
