Bio

Throughout my career I have been extensively involved in Managing Teams from BAU and Transformation. Since day one I have always sought a better and smarter way of doing things. This curiosity and passion has inevitably lead to the current stage of my career in Innovation. My knowledge and insight into how both RTB and CTB environments work allows me to broaden my knowledge base further and challenge myself and others to look at new opportunities and responsibilities, but always with the customer at heart. I believe with Design Thinking at the core, I can help improve every aspect of my customers day, especially having lived in their shoes. I also have a new found passion for learning. With the pace of change ever increasing, what was relevant yesterday may no longer be relevant in the near future, this drives me to continuous improvement.
