Building on a 18+ career with roles in Generalist and Specialist HR Business Partnership in the corporate environment, I have entered the scholarly / research field in 2020. My research and lecturing focus is on Human Resource Management and Employment Relations. With an emphasize on action research I continue to stay closely connected with the business world and look forward to new perspectives and insights. In addition, I am working as a self-employed consultant in the field of HR Management.
