Eclipse Business Capital (EBC) is a full service, non-bank asset based lending platform targeting middle-market borrowers in the U.S. and Canada that seek flexibility that may not be available from traditional or bank lenders. Eclipse provides revolving lines of credit and term loans ranging in size from $10 - $200+ million that are secured by accounts receivable, inventory, machinery & equipment and real estate. EBC lends to both privately-owned (sponsor and non-sponsor) and publicly-traded companies across a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, automotive, oil & gas, services, distribution and consumer products. Borrowers use loan proceeds to fund working capital, acquisitions, refinancings, growth, restructurings/turnarounds, debtor-in-possession (DIP)/exit financings and other special situations. Positive cash flow is not a requirement.EBC is led by Marty Battaglia, a 40-year industry veteran who has been instrumental in building highly successful ABL platforms, joined by a team of seasoned business development, risk and operations execs who average 25 years of relevant experience.
