Marty has more than 25 years of experience in the call center industry and enterprise communications, and is a renowned industry expert. He has developed multiple call centers to be competitive, profitable and respected organizations, which earn top awards year after year from clients for overall performance and partnership. Marty has been an advisor to a number of successful Bay Area start ups in the technology space as he has the experience and ability to accurately evaluate technology use cases in real world applications. Raised in Minneapolis, Marty began his career at the age of 18 at a local collection agency, and quickly developed a passion for the call center industry. This, combined with his natural ability to connect with people, led to him managing multiple large call center sites in his early twenties. By age 30, he was CEO of a mid-size company, which he helped grow and take to market for acquisition. By age 40, he was CEO of a large global BPO. Today, Marty spends his time as an angel investor, running his own venture capital fund and is an advisor for many companies. Finally, Marty prides himself on his ability to create and innovate processes, and to blaze new trails by taking the road less traveled.
