A commercially focused Engineering & Services leader with 12 of the last 22 years’ spent defining and executing technology enabled Business Transformation within Services teams and Engineering Development teams across some of the top banking and insurance carriers in the world, including, in particular the creation of Benefit Realization methods for use in Enterprise Software Solutions rollout. Currently driving a growing professional services organisation towards profitability and scalability. Prior to that spent the past 4 years transforming the engineering practices of a well-established portfolio of cybersecurity products with teams distributed globally, in order to meet and exceed customer expectations and improve satisfaction scores. Prior to that, 7 years was spent managing a portfolio of 27 enterprise projects within multiple BAU and IT change programs worldwide; both remotely and onsite in NA, AsiaPAC and Europe (incl. London Market). Worked mainly with the business/operations side supporting customers in navigating the achievement of benefits within a Digital Transformation programme. This starts by identifying realistic targets, understanding current operations, planning for the mobilization of staff pre- system test and UAT and coordinating the delivery of capabilities by managing pre and post enterprise system go-live in order to maximise adoption. - Highly adept at integrating systems and processes and positively impacting financial results in production. - Proven track record in effectively communicating a vision to all levels of an organization, building consensus around initiatives that challenge the status quo while also leading cross-functional teams of both business and technical resources. - Ability to stay on track to achieve key strategic objectives while consistently increasing revenue, improving operational efficiency and meeting/exceeding customer expectations. - Proven track record in managing all stages of the SDLC (Waterfall & Agile), bringing new technical and service products to market. - A self-starter, delivery and value add focused leader with excellent communication skills.
